This is the fourteenth tutorial from a course that teaches you how to develop an Android application. In the previous tutorial, you implemented the code necessary to make the user able to select a contact, from the ListView control, and edit its field values. You also implemented code to save new contact records that the user creates in the AddContact activity. In this tutorial, you will add the code required to make the Delete context menu appear when the user taps and holds on a contact in the ListView control on the ContactList activity. You will add code to delete the contact record the user selected through the Delete context menu.
